Dear Sir
I ordered Philips trimmer gor Rs. 599/- on assuredkart.com website and my order id AS19320882. The item delivered is not the one I ordered and is defective. I tried to reach out to them through their helpline number and email which are not functional.
Pls help me get my refund.
