Disgraceful and irresponsible !!! I got a password locked used product, i missed return window date as i was traveling, when i opens the watch it had a password already and a child’s photo as screen lock. Since i had missed the return window i spoke to Amazon customer care …. I explained it to One mr joy and one senior mr Tomar at customer care …. They were really useless unnecessarily made me to go to Oneplus service station and gave only oneplus customer care no to solve my problem, when the responsibility of selling the used product when i have paid for brand new watch lies entirely with amazon. DME E Commerce from jaipur rajasthan is the seller, instead of pulling them for sending wrong and inferior product amazon is asking me to take up the case with OnePlus . This is really sad …. Now i am left with inferior used screen password locked use less one plus watch and amazon is taking no responsibility….. this is disgraceful !!!!!
