This people who are handling the customer care service in Chennai and people who are dealing with installation are cheaters and not at all loyal, they forced us to pay immediately and fakely told that the installation team will come within 1 hour just one hour madam and all, didn’t wear their masks properly also !! We actually ordered this network because of emergency as we need for taking classes.. then they didn’t turn up after one hour, they didn’t intimate us also , it’s been three days and without us giving any request , they put the blame on us saying we only requested for rescheduling ( clever Na) and till this second whenever we call customer care, people just randomly talk saying stupid bullshit things, totally fed up !!
