Dear Sir, I have ordered a Smart watch of Rs. 1650. Ii received the product on 26/08/2019 via ECom courier. When i opened the product just after the payment , it was not that product which I had ordered. It was completely fake and fully damaged product. I make two mails on companey’s page but i did not get any rtesponse from thr company side. Dear sir kindly Help me plz plz. My order no. is 8531311604

Same thing happened with me with and they are using Ecomexpress for all this fraud.
