Dear sir,
With due respected sir i have a complain for a mobile loan app Hugo Loan. I submit my all details then few days without my permission or msg they are credited my account ₹1650/- 3times. I send a mail to Hugo loan but no response. Then today whatsapp message and tell me 3000/- pay for loan. With out understad my problem she is ruff message and use bad language over whatsapp call.
I tolled her i return my credited amount either ₹2000. But not possible to pay 3000/-.
Please solve this problem.
