Dear Team,
I have an Airtel Post paid connection. I had activated international plan for europe in Feb,19.They charged me wrong to wrong call charges for UK which I never made.After got discussion they removed the charges and balance amount and request to disconnect all international services made at Airtel outlet Galleria market gurgaon.
Since then I never been charged for anywrong bill despite to travel many countries in between multiple times.
Suddenly, they charged me international roaming charge in Feb month followed by additional international packs and taxes.
I had requested multiple time to give me explanations of the charges but due to lockdown they didn’t revert of my 20’s no. Of emails as unable to contact them on costumer care number. I have been receiving threat call and msg to disconnect the services. In this situation I raised my complaint on Twitter. after multiple tweets there I got to know through emails that they charged me as I latched up with USA,INDONESIA, MALAYSIA network on 11 February, 2020.
How come a person in 5 minutes can use networks in three different countries at same time.
Which I have never been there in my life so far.
However I have made payment as per my normal bill for February and March month except the fake amount on name of international roaming charge.
They are making me suffer like anything and harassed me mentally.
I would request you to please take a strict action against these culprits.
