Ticket REF 537751046 was booked on TRAVOLOOK website on 21st May for the journey date 23rd May from Delhi to Belgaum (IXG) and return on 26th May from Belgaum to Delhi. Passenger Name: Eesha Jain. After payment of Rs 20089 was made soon after I received a message from travolook that the booking was cancelled due to fare expiration. Since then we have been regularly calling customer support numbers and sending Emails still after 32 days of Money not being received.
Whenever we call customer support they say refund initiated 3 days back and money will be received after 3 to 4 days. This has been going on since the time of booking. This response is repeated every time we call them and they do not respond to the email which we sent to them. As of today, 32 days have passed since the money was not received. It appears this is a fake website and cyber criminals are involved.
Kindly investigate and take strict action against them and please assist to get our refund back.
