Theye are given fake agreement to me.the telling file the complaint against me for using ipc section 73 74 75&420. Theye are asking to me 45000/- for company damage charges. Its numbers are 9724639493 and 8799117606 this two numbers are same name arpita singh.how can find the fraud this name was so many times I will typing in my data entry work in different ids.

Yes, It’s totally a fake company. I have applied for WFH job they asked me for anyone id proof, mail id and mobile number for registration. After registration they mailed me with an Login id and password as a link so i tried to sign in for several times, but i couldn’t get into it. I keep on trying for more than 3 days but I couldn’t able to sign in. I have informed them over again and again with screenshots but their only response “try again it will login” Or “share me the screenshot” They didn’t even solve my problem. After few days they texted me to pay over 7000 for not completing the given work. And said if I fail to pay the money, they will file case against me in surat court with as per section 73 74 75 & 420. They demanded me RS 45,000 to cancel and they send a fake QR code for payment. They blackmailed with my aadar card proof to take legal action in the court. 9930447719, 9638951770, 7041783359, 7203069639 these are the numbers.

Are you paid the money to him or not mam. Please reply mam. Because i have this situation mam. I’m also applied this job. But some personal issues i not completed this work so, they are asking me the penalty amount is 7080. I payed the money because it’s by my mistake so i payed it. But they are asking me company agreement cancel amount 9490 you will pay, if you can’t pay we are filing case in Surat court and you are get the legal notice in your register address.

UNTILL AND UNLESS THE AGREEMENT IS FAKE THEY CAN DO NOTHING. THEY CAN BLACKMAIL YOU BUT DON’T WORRY NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. TELL THEM WHATEVER THEY WANT TO DO.
