I ordered original adivasi herbal hair oil from https://adivasihairoilofficial.com/ but have received fake Adivasi Neelambari Herbal Hair Oil. The bottle contains only black water without any odour of oil. There is neither any address mentioned on the bottle nor any phone number given. I cannot get a refund of my amount as their terms and conditions of the refund does not permit refund for wrong product. There is no proper channel to communicate the query. I request to take action and help me getting my refund for amount paid Rs. 1199/-
