I got a WhatsApp message from a Komal (orissa) from “wise tech Solutions”, was talking in hindi while I was trying to communicate in English. she asked if i was interested in part time data entry job and asked me to make an agreement, and I was only given limited time to upload my documents and to get the agreement. After 45 mins got a call from the Dept called Verification team And I had started with the work from the same day and once when the work was completed I was given a QC Fail Report, and the following day, I got a call from a person who asked me To *Pay The Correction Panel Charges Of 19950/- or 5416/- as cancellation charge* Then I have asked him that if so I am making the correction and deduct it from the Salary. He said No it was written in the agreement & If I do not pay the charges he is forwarding my case to company’s legal team.
Here are the emails I have received:

For Correction Process You Need To Pay The Correction Panel Charges Of 19950/- (Refundable With Salary Within 30Min).

Total Refundable Amount:- 38190/-
If You Want To Quit This Work, You Need To Clear The Registration Amount(5416/-) Of The Company And You Need To Collect NOC From Jamnagar Gujarat District Court.
Note: The Correction Details Are Not Mentioned In The Agreement, As You Have Worked For 4 Consecutive Days In The Company We Are Offering You A Second Chance To Re-Correct Your Incorrect Forms So The Decision Is Up to You.*
After Some time got an email from District eCourt which is clearly not from Govt as the email was made to look like an govt entity but any govt website or mail contains .gov.in and not as [email protected]

Alert! Mr/Ms. Sandipta Halder, A Case Has Been Registered Against You In Jamnagar Gujarat District Court . As Per The Agreement It Was Clearly Mentioned That You Have To Clear The Registration Amount + Noc Fees And You Have Not Followed The Terms & Conditions Written In The Agreement. As Per The Indian Contract Act Under IPC Section 73,74 ,A Breaching Of Agreement Case Has Been Registered Against You .Kindly Be Present At Jamnagar Court On 25th August 2023
Note : In Case If You Are Unable To Be Present At Court First Trial Date ,Court May Issue An Arrest Warrant Against You.
Now my family is scared after getting all the calls. But all I have to say this is a fake & trap for innocent job seekers.
