After joining click India in search of a part time job for typing and data entry. I came across this company called “professional solutions” which offers typing job. While working the website had continuous trouble while submitting the project, and I had complained to there helpline email and phone number but there was no response from there end till now and then now a person from there leagal team just called me add said that they have filed a case against me.
This Intimation Letter Inform you, That PROFESSIONAL SOLUTION Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION
SECTION-406 – Punishment for criminal breach of trust – Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..
If you want Avoid the Legal proceedings pay the company maintenance charges 6700 within 30 minutes court server time.
Note :- If you are not closing this matter out of court settlement then after clearing this matter you have to attend in the court physically with your advocate.

They have sent a whatsapp message and emailed me agreement form if u will not finish the work in 6 days u will be transferring them 6700 INR and apart from this I sent them 3 emails in which they have not replied this is totally fake and scammers are these days doing such business. Then today I got this email as below: company name is the professional solution. Which is not even on Google they are addressless.
