I ordered a 7 in 1 Multipurpose Vegetable Cutter from Homely Paradise after seeing the ads in Facebook Reels bearing an email ID of homelyparadise.in@gmail.com and paid Cash on Delivery. When I checked the product, it was not original and nothing is working and the blades are blunt and it does not cut any vegetables. When I tried contacting them through email (the only means of contact available), I am not getting any response back from the company.
