Text of Complaint by Huzefa Asghar Ali:

I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by Faisal Movers Bus Service. I had booked tickets through the Bookkaru app on 10th July 2023 for a journey from Rawalpindi to Karachi, departing at 10:30 PM in the Executive class, with seat numbers 5, 6, 7, and 8. The booking was for a special occasion, and I expected a pleasant and comfortable travel experience.

However, my experience with Faisal Movers has been nothing short of fraudulent and disappointing. Two days before the scheduled departure, I received a call from Bookkaru app, which is run by Faisal Movers, informing me that the departure time had been changed. The only option provided to me was either to get a refund through the app, which was not feasible as it takes up to 3 working days, or to accept alternative seats on the 11:30 PM Super Executive bus, with seat numbers 30/31 and 32/33. Due to poor network signal in Naran, where I was at the time, I faced difficulties in communicating with your representative.

After numerous arguments, I eventually agreed to the alternative seats since I needed to reach my destination as planned. To my dismay, upon arriving at the terminal before the scheduled departure time, I found the conditions at the Faisal Movers counter to be disorganized and unprofessional. I requested printed tickets and voiced my concerns, but my complaints fell on deaf ears, and I was given a dismissive response.

When I boarded the bus, the situation only worsened. The bus was in a deplorable condition, with evident dirt and lack of cleanliness. I discovered empty packets of chips, juice, and other rubbish left unattended on the bus, making the environment uncomfortable and unhygienic. To add to the ordeal, my allocated seat, number 33, was found to be defective. The lever of the seat was non-functional, which is not only an inconvenience but also a serious safety concern.

Throughout the journey, I encountered multiple hurdles, and the entire experience was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for passenger comfort and safety. We eventually reached our destination on Sunday at 9:45 PM, far later than anticipated, due to the numerous issues encountered during the trip.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Faisal Movers and feel cheated by the company’s deceptive conduct. It is disheartening to see a renowned service provider like Faisal Movers resorting to such unscrupulous practices, taking payments without delivering the promised quality of service.

I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund for the inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time caused by the company’s fraudulent actions. I also urge Faisal Movers to take immediate steps to address the lack of cleanliness and maintain safety standards on their buses to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of passengers.

If prompt action is not taken to rectify these issues and compensate for the distress caused, I am prepared to take legal action and publicize my unfortunate experience to warn others about the substandard service offered by Faisal Movers.
