I purchased a ticket through book karu from Islamabad to Gilgit.. it was very comfusing about the departure time. Because at the time of booking departure time was 8:30 pm According ro departure time, i reached at the terminal. There i come to know that the time of the bus was 6:00pm. Bookkaru was only shoing the payment reciept. But not the booking details. Today terminal staff showed me the booking details. Tomorrow was my joining on job. I called terminal staff & bookkaru to accommodate me in any other date on the behalf of this ticket. But they refused. Company was paying my transport allownce. Now i don’t have that much amount to pay. I request you to please accommodate me in any other date. Or refund the amount or amy adujustment with deducution. So i can book another ticket. I am very depressed. Please help me. I received a call from an unknown number at 6:40. They didn’t gave me any refference. & asked me to reach at the terminal.i thought, its a fake call. Please help me. I am looking forward for your response. Thanks
