Am travelling from lahore to islamabad via business class (time 8:00 am) with faisal movers.
Despite of many times verbal requests about heater, they didn’t take any action. Then I call to helpline, they just saying that we instructed to our engineer to contact with bus driver for heater. But no body responsed. Due to foggy day bus departure by 10 am, and heater was not working till 12:30.
Very poor service by Faisal movers . Not recommended.
