Hello
My name is vinay from hyderabad, I used to play online games from the website called fairplay. I won the amount of 2lakes 29thousand from the website on 25-01-2023 and made withdrawals at the time of 12:05pm the image was given below. Later by 12:35 when I checked the status it’s showing canceled and money which I deposited was played and loss by me. When I approached chat support as soon I seen that they said that was the technical glich and I will receive that amount in my wallet with in end of this day. After waiting one day I didn’t received any amount. I am sending thouse chat screenshots as well in the below. Later that day I spoke with them they said they will resolve my issue in 72hours. After waiting of 72hours they provided the same un justified answer
