I have requested up-gradation of my Plan to Fiber Plus Mesh plan
On AIRTEL website https://www.airtel.in/fiber-mesh-faq , it’s clearly written that it will be installed 48 hours .
But even after 150 hours, still, no one installed the device or even called to let know when will it get installed.rather a customer care executive says it will take 10 days or more .

Please help resolve the issue or at least refund the money which is already paid .
It is illegal not to refund the money nor be able to install
And please do not mislead customers by fake claims in the website .
