Text of Complaint by Gopal Madduri:

On July 21, my Airtel Fibre connection was suddenly lost and wifi was not available. I had reported the matter to the authorities who assured that within 4 working hours it will be restored. Being night of 21 July, I expected a resolution on 22nd July by 12;00 noon. As informed a technician visited my premises on 22 July and informed me that there is a problem with the lines at the respective pole near my house. Subsequently for five days, no body visited my house or the pole nor informed me by any method. I still do not have wifi facility due to the Company’s negligence and irresponsibility. I have lodged nearly six complaints by phone and yet there is no improvement. The worst part of the incident is that they have informed by a text message that the complaint has been closed successfully and there is no open entry in y name. This is the worst type of service by any broadband .company. I request that necessatry punitive action be taken againt the Company. I also demand a compenstion for the loss of services.
