Text of Complaint by DINESH KUMAR:

On 11th Oct.24, I placed an order #1096586 for grocery Rs.1559/- . As the payment completed the site was showing some technical error and apology statement also. I could not login as to check the order status. But on attempting again got an OTP on Whatsapp from a No.917976072601. I tried to call their Customer Care No.+91-01169296689 , only automated response no one picks-up in person. One more No.918302393128 (Call ID shows Mahabhoj Shop) its switched off. Today (51/10/24) I again tried to connect with them not succeeded. When I tracked the order its showing in process. I also send mails to their customer care , but NOTYFIED UNDELIVERED. These incidents alerted me. When checked I found The Company in Rajasthan, Customer Care in Delhi. Payment is received by Retail SP@BAROADA mpay. , which I could not co-relate, Payment was done through Gpay. Attaching Screen shot of the order, lefthand side upper corner the name of Mahabhoj is visible.
