LTOnline Store Order No :#20-21-222217, Order date 22-04-2020
The above mentioned order for Caspersky Antivirus on above date was asked to cancel by me as there was no info about either the product or from the firm. They confirmed through email to give a refund after some deductions. This too only after registering a complaint against them in one of similar complaint registering forums.
They did not do it yet.
My request to you is to declare this firm as fraudulent and make them pay the entire amount that I had paid in addition to a reasonable compensation for the trauma I suffered because of the uncustomary unfriendly irresponsible and also unprofessional behavior of the firm.
The punishment may be exemplary so as to prevent the firm from harbouring the very thought of having such attitude towrds customers in the future.
