Text of Complaint by Keerthi:

I ordered a Skechers shoe worth Rs 2748 on 19 March 2022 at 11:10:03 pm through debit card of canara bank. I cancelled the order before it was dispatched. And i even got a message from Amazon that my order is cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly with a link to track refund status. When i clicked the link it was not working. And i even went to order section and there was no cancelled order in that section. I also didn’t get my money refunded. The third party seller of that shoe was Cocoblu retail of Amazon. They tricked me. Please help me get my refund back and report Cocoblu retail. They are frauds.
