Text of Complaint by Sumaiya Kheradia:

I had ordered a wonderchef oven through nykaafashion on 27th Nov
I received a damaged product on 30th Nov.
I requested a return on the product which was approved. However the product has not been picked up. It’s been almost a month. Despite repeated calls, no action has been taken. Now the customer care executives have started putting my calls on hold for 10 mins before hanging up.
