I signed up for a 150Mbps prepaid plan and I got a speed of less than 35Mbps. When I complained they asked for 2k for the replacement of the router. They raised dozens of tickets and closed them without solving them, and they are masters of false promises. No one cares to reply to the emails. I canceled the subscription. They haven’t refunded my money even after 3 months.
