I am writing to file a formal complaint against Fire-boltt Technologies Private Limited, regarding my recent purchase of their Firebolt Invincible Plus smartwatch.
On the 25/03/2023, I placed an order for the Firebolt Invincible Plus smartwatch and received the Firebolt Legacy watch instead. After filing a complaint and requesting a replacement, the company arranged for a reverse pickup of the incorrect product. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the company and request an update on the status of my replacement, I have not received any information or tracking details about the replacement.
I have contacted the customer care department several times and have been promised callbacks from their superiors, but have not received any follow-up calls or resolution to my complaint. I find this lack of communication and unresponsiveness to be extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I have attempted to resolve this matter amicably with the company, but my efforts have been futile. As a result, I have no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer court. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted in pursuing the matter with the company, as well as the cost of the correct product I originally ordered.
I have kept detailed records of all communication with the company, including dates, times, and the names of the customer service representatives I spoke with. I am willing to provide any further documentation or information necessary to support my case.
I hope that this matter can be resolved quickly and efficiently, without any further delay or inconvenience.
