I am a dentist , I was researching to create a new toothpaste form and ordered a camphor manufacturing machine from GP machinaries , coimbatore , tamilnadu, the cost of the machine was said to be 35000 . Mr.Ganapathy of GP machinaries assured that the machines ll be delivered within 20 days of order . I paid an initial advance of 15000 in the month of Feb 2021 .I kept following the order through phone every now and then ,he kept on giving reasons . In the month of May ,he said he is coming the next week and asked to pay the balance amount . The balance 20000 was paid in the month of May . Then whenever I asked he was blaming the COVID situation . Now it’s been a year . In the month of December he said us to come take the machine in coimbatore and he couldn’t deliver it to us . So one fine day my family made a leave and on that day he said he ll be in Chennai and not to come visit him . Now in the month of January i tried contacting him but I didn’t get any response back , kindly help me ,it’s been 1 year I been running behind this guy inspite of my busy schedules and I’m heartbroken and no where to go
