I had cancelled the JioFiber Connection on 4th February 2020 for the details mentioned below.
JIOFIBER ID = 400123657538
JIOFIXED VOICE NO = 2235112074
The router has been picked up by Jio Engineer on 4th February 2020 but to this date, I have not received my security deposit amount of Rs.4500 back.
I was told that I shall receive the money in 45 days but now it has crossed almost 75 days and still waiting.
Yesterday too, I had made a complaint with Jio care team and i received a service request no SR0000111C9TĀ and I was told that it shall be rectified within 24 hours and this is the 5th time I am complaining to Jiocare team.
It is very unfortunate for a brand name of Jio to function in this manner with least botheration and seriousnessĀ to serve its customers.
