Text of Complaint by Prabhudhar Reddy Yaga:

Dear Sir/Mam,

Below I am giving details:
Name: PRABHUDHAR REDDY YAGA

Address:114,YamunaBlock A-1 NGV Housing Complex, Koramangala, Bengaluru – 560047.
I am using hathway network, I felt to have land line also along with sim porting.
Contacted local Airtel Technician +91 96111 98977 told his name as Mr. Anil on 09-09-2020 .
He inturn directed to sales guy +91 97409 78933 told his name as Mr. Fiaz. Initially I opted Rs:799. On completion of KYC formalities I got a link for payment of Rs:2828/- online. On payment I got below message from
AA-AIRINO
Hi, request for your new Airtel Xstream Fiber is successfully processed. Our engineer will call you shortly for installation. It?s our constant endeavour to help you stay connected and we will keep you informed in case of any delays caused due to the current circumstances.
There after I got below message:
Hi, your Airtel Xstream Fiber Application No. is 0802054167. Our engineer will call you within 24 Hrs to schedule an appointment for installing your connection. Please remember to have your wifi router installed in a central position of your home/office for best wifi coverage.
On Thursday ie. 10-09-2020 I approached your customer care center and tried for details to porty sim vide below message:
Thank you for your interest. To get your One Airtel plan with benefits like one bill, access to unified call centre, share 999912 as the confirmation code with Airtel relationship officer now. T&C: https://www.airtel.in/oneairtel/tnc.
MY HEAD ACHE STARTED
I don’t know how hathway came to know about my plan of switching over, they called and asked reasons and there after speed issue began with that network.
Your team started humiliation,
When I tried to contac Mr. Fiaz who accessed and received payment after many calls I made, he has sent below message:
Sir iam in now out of station I will cal you tomorrow
Mr. Anil didn’t responded at all
As the renewal time was due for hathway and we are on work from home, we needed immediate resolution of issue. The same was messaged to your team on Friday as:
I am going to pay hathway rental if you fail to provide net now. You arrange refund.
Then Mr. Anil called and said within 20 minutes he will be sending some one for installation and then no response.
Mr. Fiaz called and informed that they visited my premises and went back as my family member was in quarantine.
It was the 12th day when I contacted Mr. Anil first, Also below discussion took place between us. That online doctor from portia also advised us as recovery progress was good by that time chances of spreading of virus is zero. We have sanitized the house.
Mr. Anil said connection will be kept in hall and avoid entering isolation room,  even l agreed if they install WiFi out side the window ang ping it we can keep the set inside. 
Then only further Mr. Fiaz came in line with me and I paid amount.
Saturday also there was no efforts from their side. So I paid hathway rentals vide:
We have received payment of Rs842.52 for A/c no:1113267221 by receipt no: R-30431083. Amt would be credited in next 2 hours.
On observing all this I could understand that your people are not concerned on customers urgency, but they want to lock the consumer. Very bad marketing style I regret.
Now I demand for the amount what I paid Rs:2828/- with additional amount of Rs:500/- towards inconvenience caused due to this transaction and interest on it.
