Order Date :08/10/2021, The order has been made on 8th of Ocober,2021 for the product but the product has been damaged,the same has been delivered on 16th of ocober so I requested for replacement of the damaged product but instead of replacement of damaged product the amount has been returned without any prior information to me(Customer),but now the price of the product has been increased so I request for the replacement of the same product without any damage at the same price for which I have been order as on 08 th of October,2021 and also we have wasted a lot of time in tracking and replacing the order.
