Text of Complaint by Pratikesh:

I ordered a Just Cause Masterpieces Double Pack (PC), a video game CD for PC, with Order ID # 404-0599082-2132312 of amount 699/-. I was delivered an incorrect product instead of receiving the item I had selected and paid for.

When I contacted customer service to report the issue on August 9, 2024, the same day of delivery, an executive Franklin assured me and said that my concerns would be promptly addressed, and they promised to give a refund for that product. For this, I got the confirmation via email, but the order page on Amazon was not updated.

After the specified period, there was no payment or confirmation. So again, I contacted customer service on August 20, 2024, hoping that this time my concerns would be promptly addressed. This time, an executive named Johnson. Again, the same story. But this time there was no confirmation, nothing. This noncompliance with the service executive’s promises has left me feeling quite frustrated and unsure of how to proceed.
Again, on 23 August l, someone called Arpita contacted me and gave the same fake promise of solving the issue in 5 to 6 days. But still no reply or confirmation of whatsoever.
