Text of Complaint by DIKKEN KUMAR:

Dear sir ,

I am done my ₹ (349 -50=299/-) recharge on date 27 jan.2019 09:15 am with the help of “my jio” and pay the money by “upi” ID . I received confirmation message from bank for completing of transaction . But that recharge not received . Than I call to jio customer care than they are saying your recharge is ‘dicline’ than it is credited with in 10 days on your account and says that re – recharge your jio number . Than I re- recharge my jio number with same  recharge ₹349- (50) = 299/- and second time money deducted from my account but recharge not received .

Than I re – call to jio than they are says that the transaction not enter in our system than it is credited with in 10 days on your account .

In that time I call my bank . The bank says we have done there transactions.

Sir , You say what can I do. Today completed 10 days limit . But money not credited on my account
