On November 8th 2021
I approached an Airtel office at near Kukatpally beside JNTU Hyderabad university
Since we have discussed a few and store manager has promised to make the connection by 9th of November 2021
As per plan they gave a call on next day and asked for location
I gave them all the details
They showed and went by saying they have some issue they will resolve and come back
I waited on the lane for whole day
Even not going inside my flat
Since my phone can’t be reached if I got inside
This is very embarrassing how they could do this
