I am a prepaid Airtel mobile customer and had purchased an international roaming package costing Rs. 2999 and valid for thirty days while travelling to USA on 17-10-2022. However, my mobile failed to get registered to any mobile network in USA for more than two months. It got registered only in the end of December 2022 by which time the roaming package was no more valid.
