Subject: AIRTEL PREPAID RECHARGED AMOUNT FAILURE

Dear Sir,
On 11th February, 2023 at about 3 PM, I have transferred Rs 1799/- through Net-banking from my SBI Account on your Airtel Payments website for commencing 365 days plan with 24 GB service on one of our Prepaid Mobile No: 97845 67940. To my utter dismay, it has not been implemented so far while the payment has been deducted from my account. Against receipt your site is displaying order ID 6977475077634850816. I am also forwarding few screen shots of your Websites for your reference and statement of my SBI bank towards proof of payment on 11th instant. Please look into the matter and arrange refund to my original SBI Account from where this amount was transferred in to the Airtel’s payment account . I also tried to contact on 121,198 but it appears the system is not working perfectly and I did not find any option that can resolve my problem. The mobile no. of the Customer care Executive is also not operational and the site is probably not updated. I very much regret that there is no any direct number on which actual problem could be conveyed verbally. Please look into the matter and arrange refund or recharge my Mobile No: 97845 67940 with the required plan. I shall appreciate your early action and Email reply as one week period has elapsed so far. The site addresses are also furnished below:
