Text of Complaint by Megha Kumari:

I took Jio fiber connection on 12 April 2022 and the service provider told that the company is offering 3 months free internet that is 1, 3 and 4th month. To avail the offer I have to recharge the second month.

I did the same but now they are denying to give free benefit of 3rd month. I called the service provider but he is not doing anything neither the customer care is responding well from last 5 days
