I have made an Electricity Bill payment towards TSSPDCL with USC 110239057 on 10/15/2019 for an amount of Rs. 1262 through Airtel Money App. However, the amount was deducted from payment bank but the bill was not paid towards TSSPDCL. Would like to raise a complaint against Airtel Payments Bank for deducting the money from my account but not paying the same towards TSSPDCL
