I made a transction of 10000 on 23rd Jan,2019 ..that transction was failed it shown but my money was debited from my account… 12days gone still not I haven’t received my money…. I also contacted the phonepe customer service …they said contact the bank… I also contacted the bank,they said you done a transction by using upi pin so bank will not responsible for that… So the responsibility was the phonepe..so please resolve my issue
