i Have done UPI transactions from amazon pay on 8th July 20 & 5th Aug-20 for my online bill payment for electricity & DTH recharge for the amount of 630 & 349 rupees. Th transaction got failed & i have not received any refund from amazon. on complaining to customer care they told me to contact my Bank customer care and provide the Bank reference id for both the transaction. on contacting with the bank customer care they are telling that this transaction is been done by 3rd party we cant help. so please look in to this issue & do the need full so i can get the refund back.
