Failed Transactions.
I mrs Judith made payment on self service airtelHBB on the 2 and 3rd may 2020. On both occasions it failed but i was debited. It said transaction failed and refund will done shortly. Its 2wks now. No refund. 15000Naira twice. From my GTB acct. For mifi data on 09011139740. For 75GB.
