I was trying to book ticket on redbus from Nanded to Mumbai on 16th Nov 2023, whlie booking I have done the payment via simpl pay the amount got debited but the ticket not booked.
I have alredy contacted simpl lay but they closed the complaint by showing me my previous ticket of 11th Nov which was successfully booked.
I want to file complaint against simple pay and want my refund.
I have attached the Sceenshot of successful transaction.
