I have multiple failed transaction when I am recharging my parents prepaid mobile number and the money got deducted. Upon following up with Airtel, they are simply saying that my email id is not registered with the mobile number. I downloaded the Airtel App and mapped my emailId with the mobile number. Airtel asked me to verify the email address and its been successfully verified. Even after that they are still saying the same. I am following up on this for more than a month now. My bank want confirmation from Airtel that they didn’t receive the money. Since I am out of country and my parents don’t know how to call customer care, can someone point me to right reference?
