I have recharged of Rs. 598 for my Airtel prepaid mobile (Number: 9960621987) on 31st May 2020 from Pune. The transaction got failed, mobile was not recharged but Rs. 598 got deducted from my bank. Transaction ID for the same is 200531247130. Airtel customer care executive told that this amount will be credited to your account withing 7 days and yet after 15 days the amount is not deposited back in my bank. They are not responding to calls, mails.
