This is to inform you that I have made a payment of Rs 5040 toward loan payment for More via Pasfar technology on 31 December at 3 pm from my SBI account and the transaction was successful from my side as informed through text message but the merchant didn’t receive the payment.I registered a complaint at SBI customer support and the case was registered and I was asked to wait for a day.Bit neither of me nor the merchant received the amount after a day and hence I had to make the payment the second time and I was asked to wait for 10 days by the bank.today I received a message that the case was closed and the amount was successfully transferred to Pasfar technology which they informed to be not credited so far.pleade look into this and update the exact status the transaction as it is really necessary to get the amount for a medical issue.
