Text of Complaint by Santosh anand:

  • I recharged my airtel no.( Transaction id.18101166421) worth ₹399 using the website airtel.in on Oct 11 2018. The transaction was failed but the same amount was deducted from my bank account . That deducted balance has not arrived in my account yet.

I contacted many times on its  customer care no. 121 but every time they gave me  conversation reference no. only not solution .

  1. The transaction I’d for this complaint is written wrong by mistake. Please don’t do further action on it.
    Complaint with correct transaction id is submitted again.
