Text of Complaint by Satish Gupta:

I had made payment of 1500 in favour of den through mobikwik for my broadband recharge as per ongoing plan but the payment got failed and my ammount of 1425 from my credit card and 75 from supercash wallet of my mobikwik as been deducted and not yet refunded niether my broadband had received it yet.
