Text of Complaint by Tahirbasha:

On 8th may I recharged my airtel sim with a sum of 219 rupees unfortunately the payment is failed but the money is debited from my account,it happened two times i.e., I lost 438 rupees is not refunded yet .Again I used another platform to recharge .Please take care to refund my money .
