Text of Complaint by Rohit Kumar:

My name is Rohit Kumar, I am a student and I was applying for a ICAR, IARI Technician-T1 Application no- IARI595616 , Vaccancy on 9th Jan 2022. After filling up the form I have to pay the registration+exam fee, I choose a option of debit card and when I paid the amount of 1000 amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm payment Bank. But it still showing failed at iari website. 1day has been passed.
I need to refund of my payment which was received by EDCILDRCARD Mumbai.
