- My name is Nihal Kumar. I have tried a Jio recharge for my mobile no. 8210562172 worth Rs. 599, from my Google Pay account on 16th October 2020 . The recharge failed but the money has been deducted from my account and refunded till now. Whenever i contact Google Pay customer support, they take a time of 7 business days to resolve the issue. But its about to complete 2 months and they hadn’t refunded my money. The transaction id for the recharge is 029014258203. Recharge was done on 16th October from my Google pay account made by my gmail id 30nihalkumar@gmail.com. I will be grateful i u can resolve the issue.
