I am Prasenjit  Makur.I have installed “Bharat Option Trading-online”(developer name is Nishant Kohli) from Google play store eight months ago and continuously do trading but last few days I am unable to withdraw my winning amount. When ever I try to withdraw my winning amount it says low balance to make the payment/payout error:no configuration. but I have already enough balance to withdraw my winning amount.The withdrawal problem has been modified since 22th may,2023 but on 3rd June I withdrawl some money but from 4th June the withdrawal problem repeated again.

Please solve the withdrawal problem as fast as you can…please..I have full kyc and my bank details are also correct.I have some screenshot.
