I had received a defective product and had thus initiated return of product within two days of receipt of the product. However, it has been about 10 days during which Amazon had assured to collect the package on 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th and 29th October. Several emails have been received from Amazon assuring the product shall be picked up. A form to escalate the issue was also filled (as informed by Amazon Customer Service). However, the product has still not been picked up and I have not received my refund.
