Text of Complaint by Vindhya Gupta:

I tried to recharge my dish TV Account with Rs. 3509. The amount has been debited from my SBI account, however, in my dish tv account, no update has been made. I tried again with a smaller amount of Rs. 638 and that was successful. The dish tv account has been updated with Rs. 638. I tried to file a complaint against the first recharge of RS. 3509, however, the SBI Customer support does not know how to categorize my complaint. It does not recognize the transaction ID. Ho do I get the amount refunded?
